The following presentation shows the proposed industrial development and its proximity to 

South Barrington's luxury residential neighborhoods. It also shows the stark contrast between the median household income of South Barrington at $138,828 and the South Barrington median home value of $1.3 million to Hillwood Investments' current industrial locations. Those locations have an average income of $60,546 and an average home value of $286,444, 44% and 22% respectively to that of South Barrington. The aerial and street view images from google maps clearly show a significant difference between the artist renderings and the condition of the finished product as well as the number of semi-truck trailers. Also notice from the aerial images that these industrial developments are located primarily in rural areas, next to airports or other industrial areas, and certainly not near luxurious residential neighborhoods composed of million-dollar homes.
